Guide content is organized by organization, space, and guide, with access controls to ensure only authorized users can view or edit your content.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we need to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Guide analytics data may be retained in anonymized form for platform improvement purposes.
